How to deal with sticky dust(such as oil mist)adhering to cloth bags?

Adhesive dust and oil mist adhering to the bag will form a sticky oil sludge layer,which will adhere to the surface of the filter bag and even penetrate the pores,causing the filter bag to become stuck and the resistance to suddenly increase.It is necessary to quickly alleviate the blockage problem through emergency operations to ensure the temporary normal operation of the dust collector.Firstly,shut down the filter chamber with attached oil mist offline,cut off the air intake to prevent continuous dust adhesion,and use low-pressure dry compressed air of 0.3-0.4MPa to slowly blow back from the inside of the filter bag,gradually blowing off the loose viscous dust on the surface to avoid high-pressure direct blowing causing the oil sludge layer to compact and infiltrate into the filter material.If the adhesion of oil mist is severe,a small amount of dry talcum powder,fly ash and other inert dry ash can be evenly sprayed on the surface of the filter bag.The dry ash can be used to adsorb the oil and grease in the oil mist,reduce the viscosity of the dust,and then clean the ash.At the same time,the cleaning frequency of other operating filter chambers can be appropriately increased to prevent the chain increase of resistance.In addition,it is necessary to promptly clean the sticky ash accumulation in the dust collector hopper,turn on the air cannon and vibrator to break the bridge,and avoid the ash accumulation in the hopper from flowing back and sticking to the filter bag again.
For the solidified oil mist and viscous sludge layer on the surface of the filter bag,a targeted and thorough cleaning method should be adopted based on the degree of adhesion and filter material material to avoid residual oil and grease continuously affecting the performance of the filter bag.When there is mild adhesion and the filter material is not damaged,the filter bag can be disassembled for offline cleaning.A neutral oil removal cleaning agent suitable for the filter material should be selected,and low-pressure spraying should be used for cleaning to avoid strong acid and alkali cleaning agents corroding the filter material fibers and film layer.After cleaning,rinse off the residual cleaning agent with clean water,and place it in a dry and ventilated place for natural drying or low-temperature drying.It is strictly prohibited to deform the filter material due to high-temperature baking.If there is moderate adhesion and oil sludge seeps into the surface pores of the filter bag,professional ultrasonic cleaning can be used,combined with a degreaser to decompose the grease in the pores.After cleaning,the breathability and film integrity of the filter bag should be tested,and it can only be reinstalled after meeting the standards.If the adhesion of oil mist is severe,causing the oil sludge layer to solidify inside the filter material and unable to restore breathability through cleaning,the filter bag needs to be replaced directly to avoid prolonged high resistance of the dust collector due to forced use.
To solve the problem of sticky dust and oil mist adhering to cloth bags from the root,long-term prevention measures need to be taken from three aspects:filter material selection,front-end pretreatment,and system operation optimization to prevent continuous adhesion of oil mist dust.In terms of filter material selection,priority should be given to using specialized filter materials that have been treated with both film coating and waterproof and oil resistant layers.Film coating can achieve surface filtration,preventing oil mist and dust from infiltrating the pores of the filter material.Waterproof and oil resistant coatings can reduce the adhesion between grease and the surface of the filter bag,making it easier for sticky dust to be blown off by cleaning.Waterproof and oil resistant film coated polyester filter materials are selected for normal temperature conditions,while PPS and aramid filter materials with the same process are selected for medium and high temperature conditions.Pre treatment equipment such as oil mist separators and oil removers are installed in the front-end flue gas treatment process to pre purify the oil mist containing flue gas,significantly reducing the concentration of oil mist entering the dust collector.At the same time,a condensation device is installed in the flue gas to control the temperature of the flue gas and prevent oil from adhering to the filter bag more easily after high-temperature atomization.In addition,it is necessary to optimize the dust cleaning system by adopting an offline dust cleaning method,controlling the dust cleaning pressure at 0.4-0.5MPa,adjusting the spraying time to 0.12-0.15s,and intelligently adjusting the dust cleaning frequency according to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector,achieving frequent and light dust cleaning to avoid long-term accumulation and solidification of viscous dust;At the same time,ensure the dryness and cleanliness of the compressed air used for dust cleaning,install a three-stage filter and a refrigerated dryer,and regularly drain water and oil to prevent oil and water from adhering to the filter bag again in the compressed air.
